If you encounter any issue during the installation of our mats, rest assured that most of the time it’s due to improper installation. To ensure correct installation, follow the instructions below:

  1. Remove any existing floor mats from the car.
  2. Fully move the driver’s seat back and place your Indy Mats in the appropriate position. Repeat the same process for the passenger side mat.
  3. For the back seats, adjust the driver and passenger seats forward to maximize floor space and install the Indy Mats accordingly.
  4. Use the provided clips as needed to secure the mats. If some areas don’t have designated spots for clips, use Velcro strips to ensure the mats lie flat against the floor.

If you still face difficulties with the installation, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and photos/videos of the mats installed in your specific vehicle. Our expert team will investigate the fitting issues and provide a solution promptly.

Returns: We understand that you may not always be satisfied with your product. Since each set of mats is custom-made, if you wish to return a personalized product based on personal dislike, you have to inform us within 7 days. We will charge a 35% raw material fee based on the total order amount. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage and packaging costs. The refund will be issued only after we receive the product back, verify its condition, and ensure it is unused. Once approved, you will receive the refund within 14 days.

Defective Products: In case you discover any flaw in your car mats, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the product. We will promptly investigate the flaw in the design, and if your claim is legitimate we will send you a replacement mats set.

Dislike of Color or Design: As our sets are made-to-order for each vehicle, and we offer custom-made service, we cannot accept return requests based on personal preferences regarding color or design. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct color and ensure satisfaction before placing the order.

Order Cancellation: To ensure a smooth shopping experience, once you place an order, we initiate production within 24 hours. If you cancel within this 24-hour period, you will receive a 100% refund. Beyond this timeframe, we charge 35% to cover raw material and workmanship costs, and you will receive a 65% refund.

Wrong Address or Vehicle Information: Please ensure the accuracy of the vehicle details and delivery address during the purchase process. Indy Mats will not be held responsible for any errors in the vehicle selection or delivery address provided by the customer.
